Seasonal rental: we supply custom lights, install in fall, remove after the season, and store them year-round — covered under one annual rate. Purchased: you own the lights, we install and remove them. Permanent: architectural LED lights installed once in your roofline, invisible during the day, app-controlled forever. We'll walk you through all three options at your free in-home estimate.

What exactly happens at the free in-home estimate?

We come to your home, walk the exterior with you, discuss your vision and budget, and put together a custom design and pricing proposal on the spot. There's zero pressure and zero cost. It's also your best opportunity to see permanent lighting up close and ask questions — many customers upgrade to permanent after seeing the design possibilities in person.

How does permanent lighting work?

Permanent architectural lights are small LED fixtures installed directly into your roofline, soffit, or trim. During daylight they're essentially invisible. At night, you control them through a phone app — choosing any color or effect. One installation covers Christmas, Halloween, the 4th of July, New Year's, and anything else you want to light up for, indefinitely.

How far in advance should I schedule my estimate?

As early as possible — we recommend reaching out in August or September. Fall installation slots fill quickly, and customers who lock in first get priority scheduling. Don't wait until October to find out we're fully booked.

Do you service commercial properties or HOA common areas?

What happens if lights go out mid-season?
