Where required by Minnesota law, we will respond within the legally required timeframe (generally 45 days, with an extension when permitted). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email and writing “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. Even when not legally required, we will make reasonable efforts to honor legitimate privacy requests.
